It was a great day for Caterham Dance School competition team who were invited to attend the annual Jubilee Awards 2018 organised by Joanne Blackshaw & Elaine Hills . This busy day was split into Juvenile competitions in the daytime, and the Junior and Adults in the afternoon events. It was lovely to see so many dance schools attending. These awards are especially important because of there being levels for everyone, from those starting to compete for the very first time, which is perfect for introducing newcomers, to having higher level events for those more experienced competitors. It was another jam packed competition weekend for CDS pupils, some who attended Gateway Open in Greys Essex, and CDS Adult competitors who attended their first ISTD Qualifier of the 2018 season. It was a great day for both groups, that went onto dance and make most their finals against some very tough competition.
